Pay Per Click Account Help TX

Pay Per Click Account Help TX

If you are new to the mystical land of PPC, or if it has been a long time since you have undertaken a PPC campaign, then you may find that you need a little help. Even if you are a PPC pro, you might discover that your keywords are accumulating dust if you have chosen to set your campaign and let Google run the show. Of course, it can be a challenge to identify signs that would indicate a need for help. Further still, it can be even more of a challenge to identify exactly what is causing your campaign to underperform.

Your problem might be a lack of resources, availability, or knowledge. It's okay to ask for help when you need it. That's what Castles Web Marketing is here for! You can't do everything on your own, so there is nothing wrong with bringing in a little PPC account help. With that said, here are a couple of signs that may indicate that you need PPC account help.

You Notice that Your Account is Disorganized

Your account structure may need a renovation if you notice that you have overstuffed Ad Groups. Each Ad Group should contain no more than 25 keywords. While it may be tempting to have more keywords for each ad, you'll likely end up with some relevancy issues by having too many keywords. Plus, if you really look into your data, you'll probably discover that just a small handful of your keywords are generating all of your traffic. Having too many Ad Groups means that it will be very difficult to match your ad text with your keywords.

To keep your Ad Groups relevant, there should be an underlying theme that ties all of the Ad Groups together. Keywords should relate directly to your ad copy and landing pages that users are being driven to.

Your CTR is Low

You would do well to take note that the average CTR for the Search Network is just 2%! Of course, CTR (Click-Through Rate) is the ratio of how many users click on your ads versus how many impressions your ads make. Think about that for a second! On average; out of 100 impressions, only two will click on your ads.

There are several factors that affect CTR, including the placement and position of your ad. The higher your ad ranks, the higher the CTR will be. Also, your industry plays a part in CTR, as do keywords. Just because the CTR average is 2% doesn't mean that you should aim or settle for a 2% CTR. The good news is that, despite common wisdom, obtaining a higher CTR doesn't always translate to spending more money!
