How often is it advised to send newsletters?

Clients who have chosen the Lite plan also provide their own content. As for the Pro plan, we create content by ourselves and send it after the client’s full approval.
Is it obligatory to design emails?
Actually, we don’t recommend being too enthusiastic about decorating you messages because the majority of users use Google Mail where images are switched off by default, leaving just text. Receivers may not see your fabulous design at all. Still, we think it is always appropriate to add an attractive branded header to your email.
